On-time communication is critical in real estate. We are committed to being available to our clients, keeping you informed of every detail and answering any questions you may have when they arise. In order to facilitate this we have established several methods for providing the highest level of communication. Randy Scherr is available at our office, by cell or at home from 8 AM until 10 PM, and later when necessary. We maintain a ten-minute call back policy for every client. We also try to be accessible by email and check our mail regularly. Much of our communication is via the internet which we utilize to send you tailor-made searches - daily to monthly - whatever it takes to find your home or get your home sold.
